Chase Realty Corporation, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Established in 1980; Primary activity is to provide brokerage and investment advice for investors in the commercial real estate market and to identify suitable business opportunities and required project and equity financing.

Personalized professional service is provided to a select client base, many of whom reside off-shore.

We have represented investors from Africa, The Indian sub-continent, Dubai, Iran, UAE, the EU, Hong Kong, and the US over the years. Canada is well recognised as a safe and secure haven with a sound economy, and strong banking sector as a member of the G7

Vancouver in particular is favoured as a safe haven for foreign capital for Chinese, Russian, Latin American and Iranian investors amongst others. The New Yorker Magazine in May 2014 called Vancouver one of the worlds new ” Superstar Cities ” on par with London, Paris and Milan. This in turn is resulting in a housing affordability crisis for the local market.

According to the Economist Intelligence Unit ( August 2014 ) Vancouver is ranked the third most livable city in the world, behind Melbourne and Vienna. Toronto ranks number 4, followed by Calgary.

Main focus has been the acquisition and sales in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec of

  1. Income Properties
    1. Apartment Complexes
    2. Office Buildings
    3. Shopping Centres
    4. Industrial Buildings
  2. Hotels/Motels

On this very special celebration in Ottawa on July 1st 2017 of the ” modern” Canada Prince Charles represented the Queen.
We are a great liberal democracy, because of our values, our generosity and  belief in multi-lateralism, and  a founder of the United Nations. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights which is the  basis of the United Nations Charter, was drafted by  Humphreys,a Canadian.
We have a lot of work ahead of us to  honour the treaty obligations of the Crown to our First Nations.
Our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has committed  himself to advance this noble cause  for National Reconciliation.
In the words of Chief Seattle, the land does not belong to us. We belong to the land!.
For Canada’s sesquicentennial, The Globe and Mail invited Canadian expats to share their views, and how that perception has changed since living abroad. ( Globe & Mail June 30th, 2017 )
Kiwis see Canada as a kindred spirit. They imagine a place of amazing natural beauty populated  with sensible people who live next to a country that is much bigger and a lot noisier. Leanne Pooley ( Auckland, New Zealand )
Australians generally love Canada. We have similar senses of humour – self deprecating, dry, sarcastic, don’t take yourself too seriously. We are both small in power geographically but have an above average presence on the world stage. Every Australian I meet, when I let them know that I am from Canada, says they either wish to travel to Canada some day, have travelled to Canada and think of it fondly or have friends and family currently living in Canada. ( typically Whistler ) Canada for them is definitely all about snow, mountains, clean water and being polite. Anne Tosky ( Melbourne Australia )
